A collaborative embroidered animation created with the collective Papaya Queen, featuring the voice of Yásnaya Aguilar, a writer from the Sierra Norte of Oaxaca. The piece tells the story of a community’s struggle after being deprived of access to its communal spring, a vital source of water. It was born from a shared desire to create collectively and bring attention to a story deeply connected to the land and its communities.
